Where is A Affordable Storage located?
A Affordable Storage is located at 4640 Hwy 160 W Unit B, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147.
What are the office hours?
The office is open Monday through Friday 8AM-4PM and Saturday 8AM-12PM. The office is closed on Sundays.
What are the lease options?
Our leases are available month-to-month with a $35 deposit fee and only require a 10 day notice to vacate prior to the next billing cycle, which is the 1st of the month not the day you moved in.
Am I able to pay my storage bill online?
Yes. Pay your monthly storage bill online using a debit or credit card. For an even more convenient payment option, ask a manager about autopay.
Am I able to purchase boxes and supplies?
We have plenty of packing and moving supplies available for purchase. Stop by the office to grab what you need or ask a staff member about our delivery service.
Do you provide a solution against mice?
Yes, we have bait traps located in several locations at our storage facility and as well as using mice repellant spray.
What types of vehicle storage do you offer?
We have covered and outdoor parking spaces for RVs, cars, and boats. We also offer temporary parking anywhere from one day to thirty days.
Do you offer portable storage units?
Yes. We call them U-Boxes. We’ll deliver your U-Box and help unload your belongings.
Will my belongings be safe at A Affordable Storage?
Our facility is fully equipped with state-of-the-art security features including 50 plus video cameras, coded gate entry, and perimeter fencing with lights and onsite management.
Do you offer truck rentals?
We offer U-Haul truck rentals. Choose from a variety of sizes to accommodate your move.
When can I access my storage unit?
Access your storage unit 7 days a week between 5AM-11PM.
Does A Affordable schedule maintenance?
Yes, we plow snow and sweep isles to keep them clean. We even have scheduled monthly Orkin Pest Control.
What is your policy on proration?
We prorate on move-ins but we do not prorate on move-outs.
