For a small fee, let us handle your packages with care and convenience.  We offer secure package receiving and package signature for local residents, visitors, and businesses. We’ll inspect all incoming packages for visible damage and notify you upon receipt.   In cases where there is visible damage, we notify you immediately so you may follow up with the sender or shipping company.

  • Our company operates the ONLY commercial loading dock in the area, accepting large or oversized shipments not supported by standard mailboxes.

Helpful Tips and Information

  • Provide correct shipping information with name, room number, and phone number.
  • Coordinate large deliveries in advance with shipping and receiving staff.
  • Provide loading dock ramp restrictions to vendors and acquisition staff when ordering furniture, equipment or supplies.
  • Payments associated with the use of a private carrier for shipment of incoming, or processing outgoing freight and packages, are to be made between the client office and the carrier prior to shipping.
