Receiving Services
With Pagosa Spring’s only loading dock, we offer Receiving services that includes off-loading inbound items, small or large packages, crates , pallets, & Equipment. We inspect for damages and flaws & place in storage for pick up or delivery. If needed , we will discard of packing materials and crates. We will notify customer with pictures of any damage. Customer will take care of calling company to replace.
Helpful Tips and Information
- Provide correct shipping information with name, room number, and phone number.
- Coordinate large deliveries in advance with shipping and receiving staff.
- Provide loading dock ramp restrictions to vendors and acquisition staff when ordering furniture, equipment or supplies.
- Payments associated with the use of a private carrier for shipment of incoming, or processing outgoing freight and packages, are to be made between the client office and the carrier prior to shipping.
